FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

When will tickets be available?

Haven't you heard?  They're available NOW on the "Purchase Tickets" page!

For how long is the "package ticket" available?

The two night package was available until June 15, 2012 only.

What do the charges for Friday nite at the Lexington House and Saturday night at Tinley Park Convention Center include?

Friday night includes substantial appetizers and an Open Bar, along with a juke box for dancing and other fun activities like a Memorabilia Contest.  Saturday night features a buffet dinner with carving station, a Cash Bar, an audiovisual program and a terrific Raffle of alumni-donated items guaranteed to please.  Yes,tickets cost a little more than 5 years ago, but the venues are much nicer with sound systems that actually work!

Can I bring my spouse?

Of course!  Or your significant other -- but no children or pets please (unless you ride in on a Mustang).

What should I wear?

Casual is perfect for Friday night and Saturday night will be a bit dressier but not formal by any means.  Suit coats are optional for men.  Other activities, such as the Morgan Park High School tour or Navy Pier Pub Crawl, will dictate your attire.  We suggest you wear something comfortable and appropriate for that activity.

What classes are invited?

Our focus is on the MPHS classes of 65-66-67 but earlier or later classmates are welcome. We will even take Brother Rice and Luther South and Mother McCauley and Marist folks - how is that for inclusive?
Who is "The Reunion Committee?

The Reunion Committee is a group of Empehi alumni who never learned not to volunteer for anything.  We've been hard at work (or hardly working) for months to get the 2012 Reunion going.  Will Hepburn is the Chairman, Judy Halligan Willingham is the Treasurer, Craig Hullinger is our Communications Czar and the Committee Members include Taffy Cannon, Susan Engle Budash, Bill Kamenjarin, Randy Lam, Ron McComb, Jan Miller, Carol Post Raines and Chuck Thompson.  "All do something; no one does all" is our informal motto.  We sure would appreciate some help!
How can I help?  I'd like to set-up a Saturday activity or help with check-in.

Contact The Reunion Committee as soon as possible at morganparkhigh@gmail.com
